Editing Parameters

 
Parameter Panel in the bottom (by default) offers detailed control of the evolution of pitch and timbre along time.
You may edit one parameter while viewing another parameter in the background for reference.
Editing Parameters

Current Parameter in Edit

Click to switch.
Pitch Deviation
A layer of pitch shifts added to the base pitch curve.
For an overall control of the pitch contour, use Note Properties panel.
Vibrato Envelope
Amplitude modulation of vibratos.
Loudness
Vocal effort/dynamics.
Tension
Sharpening/relaxation of the voice.
Breathiness
The amount of air flow.
Voicing
Interpolation between normal phonation and whispering.
Gender
Formant shifting.

Current Parameter on Display

Click to switch.

Parameter Editing Method

Click to switch. The following options are available.
Freehand
Left-drag to draw; right-drag to erase.
Freehand (Overlay)
Same as Freehand except that you can directly draw on the piano roll.
Only available for Pitch Deviation.
Line
Left-drag to draw straight lines; right-drag to erase.
Eraser
Left-drag to erase.

Visual Aids

Click to enable/disable.
When enabled, note boundaries will be shown in the background.

Range for Current Parameter in Edit

For Pitch Deviation, click to switch between +- 300 cents, +- 600 cents and +- 1200 cents.
