Adding Instrumentals

Each project has one instrumental track for previewing the finished song.
However, as the focus of Synthesizer V is on producing the vocal part, the instrumental is not included during rendering.
Users are expected to mix the vocal tracks with the instrumental in a DAW (digital audio workstation) software.

To load an audio file into a project as the instrumental track, use Import Instrumental... in File menu.
Synthesizer V supports most major audio formats. The exact list of supported formats depends on codecs installed on the operating system.
Note that the use of .mp3 files are discouraged as some do not support accurate seeking and may cause synchronization issues when played with vocals. It is recommended to convert them into .wav files before use.

Next, add an Instrumental Panel from View menu. By default, the newly added Instrumental Panel will be docked to the top.
