Select a group of notes and use Input Lyrics... command from Edit menu or right-click menu to fill in the lyrics.
By default, spaces are recognized as note separators.
In the case of Chinese and Japanese which does not separate words by space, also select Separate into Characters.
To fill in the same lyrics for a large group of notes, use Pattern Fill option and the words in the text box will be repeated.
